We are pleased to offer you the position of Field Associate with us here at S&M Enterprises, where we hope you will enjoy your role and make a significant contribution to the success of the business.

Commencement Date

Your employment is effective as of today, April 18, 20_, at 12:00 pm.


You will be based at 2367 Washington Street (living quarters) and 916 Grant Avenue (business location) but may be required to work at such other locations within the greater San Francisco valley region as reasonably determined by the needs of the business.


Field Associate, reporting to Jazmyn Cole, Field Coordinator.


This is an on-going permanent position.

Probationary Period

A three month Probationary Period will apply to this position. During this time you will receive advice, training and guidance to help you become familiar with and competent in performing the work you have been appointed to do. The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of the Probationary Period which itself is subject to termination during any stage, by either party, upon (one week’s notice in writing), or by payment in lieu of notice.


Your salary is at a rate of $2,000 per week, paid bi-weekly. For field assignments that require out of town or overnight travel, a per diem will be paid to cover reasonable expenses incurred.

401k/Pension Plan

Retirement plan payments consisting of 10% of your weekly salary will be made on your behalf.

Bonuses & Salary Review

Bonuses are commensurate with performance and determined by performance reviews, which occur quarterly. Additionally, your remuneration package will be reviewed annually on or about the anniversary of your employment.

Vacation, Sick & Personal Days

Vacation is determined on a case-by-case request; there are no minimum or maximum of days taken, but all absences must be pre-approved by your Field Coordinator.

Hours of Work

S&M Enterprises’ general hours of business are between 4 p.m. and 4 a.m., however, your working hours will be determined by the nature of your assignment. There are no minimum weekly working hours, but you are expected to complete assignments in a timely fashion, as directed by your Field Coordinator. From time to time you will be required to work reasonable additional hours or after hours when necessary to perform your duties.

Confidentiality of Information

During your employment you may become aware of information relating to the business of S&M Enterprises, including but not limited to client lists, trade secrets, and client details.
Confidential information, including client lists, trade secrets, pricing structures and any and all documents created by you in the course of your employment remain the sole property of S&M Enterprises. You shall not, either during or after your employment, without the prior consent of the S&M Enterprises directly or indirectly divulge to any person or use the confidential information for your own or another’s benefit.
